WAUKESHA, Wis. — Hamacher Resource Group on Tuesday broke ground for a new building in Pewaukee, Wis., just a mile northeast from their current location. The entire company was present for the groundbreaking ceremony, celebrating the next step in the evolution of the business.

“After reviewing trends in new office spaces and gathering input from our associates we are excited to start from the ground-up in designing a space that works specifically for our business," stated Dawn Vogelsang, HRG president and majority owner. "We’ll continue our emphasis on wellness, which will translate in various ways from our fitness space to a well-being room, and even the landscaping. The overall environment will be warm and inviting, providing associates comfortable workspace and making visitors feel immediately welcome.”

Vogelsang, and her husband, Todd Vogelsang, are the principles of Vogelsang Real Estate, which owns the land HRG’s new corporate headquarters will be located on. The new building will be approximately 24,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. HRG employees were able to contribute their ideas about features and amenities they would like in the new building, and have continued to provide input as plans have been shared.

The new building is being designed with flexible spaces and collaborative, open areas to support the established culture, which recently resulted in a 2017 top workplace recognition.

The move to the new building is targeted for December of this year.
