Hamacher Resource Group expands ownership group by two
WAUKESHA, Wis. – Hamacher Resource Group on Tuesday announced that product research and analysis manager, Sean Grudzinski (pictured right), and software and web development lead, Shawn Theesfeld (pictured left), have joined the company’s ownership team. Their addition brings the total number of employee owners to eight.
Grudzinski will be celebrating 20 years this month with the company, having joined in 1996. He manages the product research and analysis team, overseeing the collection and classification of product attribute data, as well as setting the strategy and standards for HRG’s master item database. Grudzinski helps lead the new product assessment team and is an integral member of the TEMPS group, who meet regularly to discuss the direction of this core HRG program. He works directly with customers to manage various pricing and product-focused consulting projects from inception to implementation.

"They have been my mentors and now I have the opportunity of working side-by-side with them to continue the growth and success of HRG. Theesfeld was hired in 2007 to lead HRG’s software and web development team. He helps develop, maintain and support internal and external applications. His skills span desktop, mobile and web development platforms and programs. Theesfeld is also involved with client projects offering both strategic and technical solutions to ensure HRG delivers to client specifications.
