Humphreys promoted to vp of operations for HealthTrans

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. HealthTrans, a national pharmacy benefits administrator that has teamed up with, among others, Duane Reade, has promoted Tim Humphreys to vice president of operations.

Humphrey’s responsibilities include overseeing the pharmacy service help desk, member service call center, strategy, client implementations and PBA operations. He manages a staff of more than 20 associates and works with all departments at HealthTrans.

With more than 20 years in the pharmacy industry, Humphreys began his career in retail pharmacy as a pharmacy technician, a third-party administrator and a pharmacy system administrator for various retail pharmacies/regional chains.
