Hy-Vee picks Retalix to manage customer loyalty and promotions

DALLAS Hy-Vee is among more than a dozen grocery and convenience chains that have recently selected Retalix Loyalty as their customer loyalty and promotions management system, according to published reports.

Retalix Loyalty integrates promotion and loyalty functionality, starting with central setup and deployment of marketing campaigns to the execution of real-time customized communications to the consumer at the point of sale, said Retalix.

Retailers have a choice between a consumer-targeted model or a universal product model that leverages promotional capabilities without consumer tracking.
