Jelly Belly introduces Buttered Popcorn single-serve box

FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Jelly Belly announced today the addition of a buttered popcorn jelly bean single-serve box, which the manufacturer said offers retailers a good opportunity to capture impulse sales at check out.

The Jelly Belly Popcorn Box is a nostalgic red and white striped stand-up box filled with buttered popcorn-flavored jelly beans, reminiscent of the popcorn container consumers get at the movie theater.

The pre-packed caddies begin shipping in July in 24-ct. cases. Buttered popcorn flavor is also available in bulk and in dedicated 3.5 oz Grab & Go bags and 7.5 oz gift bags.

Jelly Belly beans contain four calories per bean and are fat free, peanut free, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and OU Kosher certified.
