Jerry Lewis is nuttier than ever in new DVD collection
LOS ANGELES Funnyman Jerry Lewis is coming to DVD in a must-have comedy collection.
Now on DVD for the first time ever are the hilarious “best of” highlights from 13 episodes of The Jerry Lewis Show, which aired on NBC from 1967 to 1969. The Jerry Lewis Show Collection has a suggested retail price of $29.98 and includes over 5 hours of comedy and special features.
Said Rick Buehler, VP sales and acquisitions for IEG, “Jerry Lewis is a Hollywood legend and an icon of film and television. Infinity Entertainment is excited to work with the Lewis family to release on DVD for the first time ever the “Best of” highlights from 13 episodes of The Jerry Lewis Show.”
In line with the DVD release, consumers are invited to enter a sweepstakes to win one of five "The Nutty Professor" posters autographed by the iconic comedian. Entries may be submitted either online (www.jerrylewiscomedy.com) or by mailing in the entry card found inside the DVD. Each specially designed poster (not available anywhere else) is worth approximately $600. Also enclosed in each DVD are six limited-edition collector’s trading cards, the first in a series.
