Kart-Smart releases biodegradable, sanitary shopping cart handle

OXNARD, Calif. Kart-Smart on Wednesday introduced its Bio-degradable and Recyclable shopping cart handle cover that is designed to ensure a sanitary shopping experience.

The handle covers are positioned through a dispensing unit alongside shopping carts and are easily applied, and removed, by the consumer.

The product protects against viruses and bacteria that can be harbored on a shopping cart handle, the company stated.
