McKesson Canada names SVP, retail banner management services

MONTREAL — McKesson Canada has announced the promotion of Richard Brennan to SVP, retail banner management services, overseeing McKesson Canada's growing pharmacy banner business, which includes Guardian, I.D.A., The Medicine Shoppe Canada, Proxim and Remedy'sRx.



Brennan will report to McKesson Canada's president, Alain Champagne, and will become a key member of the company's Canadian executive team.

Brennan joined McKesson Canada 14 years ago and has played roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining McKesson Canada, Brennan spent 18 years at Shoppers Drug Mart, where he played a number of leadership roles with a clear focus on driving merchandising and operational excellence.



Brennan joins other recently appointed senior executives including, Todd Baldanzi, SVP and CFO; Paula Keays, SVP, pharmaceutical distribution and operations; and Dimitris Polygenis, SVP, purchasing and manufacturer solutions.
