BOULDER, Colo. — Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy on Friday announced the opening of its newest location in Beaverton, Ore. The store's Grand Opening will take place Feb. 7-8, when local residents are invited to enjoy complimentary services such as chair massages, mini-facials and mini-makeovers.
“Our Oregon customers already appreciate our integrative approach to health and wellness, and value the unique shopping experience and product offerings available in Pharmaca stores,” said Laura Coblentz, Pharmaca’s VP marketing and innovation. “We look forward to sharing that Pharmaca experience with the Beaverton community.”
The new Beaverton location, located in the Timberland Town Center, offers consumers a one-stop shopping experience for natural health and beauty products and services. Beaverton is Pharmaca’s third location in Oregon, and 28th location in the United States.
The first 100 people to walk through the doors will receive a Wellness Gift Bag filled with a variety of top-of-the-line natural health and skin care products. And throughout the weekend, anyone who makes a purchase of $5 or more will receive a complimentary Pharmaca reusable shopping bag, the retailer stated. Guests who sign up for Pharmaca’s Feel Better Rewards program, a complimentary membership providing exclusive offers and a quarterly dividend on purchases, will take home a Pharmaca brand body lotion for only one cent.
As much as 5% of total retail sales on Saturday will be given to Sunshine Pantry, a local non-profit organization that gathers food, clothing, household items, toys and toiletries to distribute to families in need.
Like all Pharmaca locations, the Beaverton store will offer traditional pharmacy services combined with a broad selection of wellness essentials, natural beauty care, eco-friendly household products and unique cards and gifts. Customers also can receive free guidance and advice from Pharmaca's team of licensed professionals, including pharmacists, naturopathic doctors, homeopaths, herbalists and nutritionists.
At the Natural Beauty Bar, customers can explore spa-quality makeup and skin care, enjoy beauty services such as brow waxes and lash applications, and get expert assistance from estheticians on the most appropriate products and treatments for their needs.
The Beaverton location follows a new store opening in Tigard in November 2014, and will be closely followed by new locations in Los Altos, Calif., and Laguna Hills, Calif., in 2015.
