Potted plants stay up with Tree Hugger

ROCKLEDGE, Fla. Hanging potted plants just got easier.

A new device called the Tree Hugger incorporates a simple cantilever design that securely holds its position without using nails, screws or fasteners to keep potted plants off the ground and onto tree trunks. The Tree Hugger consists of two curved (helix) sections, a forked bottom support and three hoops to hold 6-inch potted plants. In addition, the fork will support a hanging plant weighing up to 15 lbs and a variety of other ornaments.

The Tree Hugger retails for $29.95 and carries a one-year warranty. Also available is the accessories pack, which includes a molded groove made of silk faux leaves for $19.95.
