Protein Sciences Corp: Flublok influenza vaccine ready for shipment

MERIDEN, Conn. — Protein Sciences Corp. on Monday announced today that doses of its Flublok influenza vaccine have been released and are now available for shipment.

 

Flublok is triple the strength of traditional flu vaccines and is the only flu vaccine made without eggs, antibiotics and influenza virus.

"Last year many consumers allergic to eggs or gelatin or those seeking a pure flu vaccine told us they were grateful to receive Flublok. Flublok has a unique CPT code (90673) and is fully reimbursed by most insurance companies, the company stated.
