“Our hearts go out to the victims, families and communities affected by these devastating tornadoes,” stated Mary Sammons, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Rite Aid. “We are hoping that our donation can help make it just a little easier for those who have been impacted the most.”
“We are grateful for Rite Aid’s support of our relief efforts for the southeastern Virginia tornadoes and thank them for their contribution and commitment to the community,” stated Faye Byrum, executive director of the American Red Cross—Suffolk Chapter. “Support from partners like Rite Aid will enable the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to get help to those who need it most.”
