Sam's Club, CardioCheck to offer free cholesterol/glucose screenings

BENTONVILLE, Ark. In recognition of September being National Cholesterol Education Month, Sam’s Club, in partnership with CardioCheck, will offer free cholesterol screenings on Sept. 15.

CardioCheck, the first and only FDA-cleared device for in-home total cholesterol testing, will be screening an estimated 200,000 Americans during the month, testing not only total cholesterol, but also glucose levels. In addition, the company will be offering consumers a $20 rebate on CardioCheck meters for home use.

The Sept. 15 screenings will take place at Sam’s Club pharmacy locations nationwide from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
