BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Sam’s Club on Thursday announced the offer of free health screenings on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., including glucose tests, while supplies last.
“As the prevalence of diabetes rises, it is more important than ever for Americans to know if they are at risk for this chronic disease. Glucose testing is a great first step in this process,” stated Jill Turner-Mitchael, SVP Sam’s Club consumables and health and wellness. “We hope people take advantage of our free screenings this weekend as an easy way to learn more about their diabetes risk and if needed, take steps to manage it.”
In addition to free health screenings, Sam’s Club Pharmacies provide other savings and preventive care to each community they serve, such as year-round immunizations for children and adults.
