Shopko Foundation donates $30K to various organizations

GREEN BAY, Wis. Shopko's philanthropy organization has awarded more than $30,000 to charitable organizations in nine states.

The Shopko Foundation awarded $35,000 to various organizations, including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Diabetes Association through its Teammate Community Service Grant Program, Shopko announced. Each organization received $1,000.

“Shopko recognizes the importance of volunteers to the community, and applauds our teammates’ personal involvement and dedication to improve their communities and help others,” the company said in an announcement.
