Target features products selected by Wired magazine
MINNEAPOLIS — Target will feature electronics picked by the editors of Wired magazine, under a deal between the two announced Monday.
Target said the custom-curated assortment of products would include four products available for the first time at Target, including personal fitness, photography, digital music streaming and others.
"Target wanted to collaborate with an industry expert to create an assortment that will help our guests find the latest gadgets easily and conveniently," Target VP electronics John Butcher said. "The editorial team at Wired shares our love for the latest gadgets, and Target's guests can trust them to offer credible product recommendations."
Additional products will be included on a new page on Target's website.
"Wired has always been about showcasing the role technology and innovation play in improving our lives," Wired editor-in-chief Scott Dadich said. "It's a pleasure to partner with Target, not only aligning our common commitment to great design, but creating a unique experience for Target guests to discover new and well-made products."
