Warner Home Video celebrates The Wizard of Oz 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition

BURBANK, Calif. After seven decades, it seems the infamous yellow brick road has led Dorothy, Toto and the rest of the gang from the timeless motion picture, The Wizard of Oz, back into our modern-day lives. But this time, they are returning on Blu-ray and DVD.

Warner Home Video has announced the release of “The Wizard of Oz 70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition”, which will be available Sept. 29. The entirely re-mastered disc will include all of the original scenes plus nearly four hours of all new, never-before-seen bonus features.

The collection contains 16 hours of enhanced content and will be available for a limited-time only for $69.92 SRP (DVD) and $84.99 SRP (Blu-ray Hi-Def). All orders must be made by August 25. Select product information can be found at www.thewizardofoz.com.
