Winn-Dixie offers affordable rose bouquets for Valentine's Day

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. In honor of upcoming Valentine’s Day, Winn-Dixie floral departments are offering five varieties of rose bouquets in a variety of sizes and colors with a complimentary vase and gift bag starting at $19.99. Additional specials include eight different flowering plants, 11 different mixed Valentine bouquets ranging in price from $7 to $70, and 30 different Valentine balloon styles. Customers will also find a selection of cards, candy and special gifts for Valentines of all ages.
