Yankee Candle explores picnics, peach cobbler for spring 2015

SOUTH DEERFIELD, Mass. — The Yankee Candle Co. on Wednesday announced the launch of new fragrances for spring 2015. The 10 new products reflect the comforts of the approaching season, the company said, evoking the experience of a picnic in the park to a forkful of fresh peach cobbler. 

 

"By the time the new year arrives, our customers are ready for the sense of renewal and warmth the spring season brings," said Geoff Medeiros, VP brand and product development for the Yankee Candle Co. "This year our classic and Pure Radiance spring fragrances and color palette reflect a fresh and updated spin on the spring season, allowing our fans to share that feeling at home and with friends and family."

 

The five new fragrances in the company's classic jar form include Red Raspberry, Picnic in the Park, Blue Summery Sky, Peach Cobbler and Wild Sea Grass. The Pure Radiance collection will add five new options as well, which include: Pearlescent, Whisper, Escape, Paradise and Meadow. 

 

Prices vary by candle size. The company's new offerings are available for purchase now at Yankee Candle retail locations, YankeeCandle.com, as well as select specialty retailers and gift shops.
