Optum Frontier Therapies debuts in Las Vegas

Optum Frontier Therapies, a specialty pharmacy and distribution business dedicated to people with rare disease, has opened its new headquarters in Las Vegas. The flagship location, at 6425 Santa Margarita Street, features a state-of-the-art pharmacy with licensed specialty distribution on site, both of which will serve rare disease patients in all 50 states. 

With rare diseases affecting 30 million people in the United States, Optum Frontier Therapies partners with stakeholders across health care to provide customizable pharmacy and patient services, distributes and dispenses specialty medications, and utilizes data reporting and analytics to advance therapeutic outcomes and experiences. Its second specialty pharmacy in Flint, Mich. also supports patient care for rare disease.  

Albireo recently selected Optum Frontier Therapies as a limited pharmacy partner for Bylvay, the first drug approved for the treatment of pruritus in all subtypes of progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis.
