WASHINGTON – New members of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association board of directors were elected Tuesday at the association’s board of directors meeting. Patrick Lockwood-Taylor, VP Personal Health Care North America & Digestive Wellness Design for Procter & Gamble, will continue to serve as chair.
“Under Patrick’s direction as chair, CHPA took on vast challenges this year in areas including drug take-back, monograph reform, dietary supplements, and much more,” stated Scott Melville CHPA president and CEO. “Looking ahead to next year, our association is poised and ready to continue growing our industry. We welcome our new board members to the table and thank them for being a part of our efforts to propel our industry forward.”
The newly elected CHPA board members as of this election are:
Natalie Bartner, head of region North America for Consumer Care, Bayer HealthCare;
John Francis, VP OTC sales and marketing, North America, Taro Pharmaceuticals U.S.A.;
Christopher Slager, regional president, North America, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare; and
Kathleen Widmer, co-chair, North America and president, McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division, Johnson & Johnson Consumer.
In addition, the newly elected CHPA Educational Foundation board members include Theresa Agnew, VP and chief marketing officer, GSK Consumer Healthcare; and Jane Wildman, president, North America, Combe.
