Drive DeVilbiss launches top-line 4-wheel scooter

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. — Drive DeVilbiss on Wednesday introduced its Panther Heavy-Duty 4-Wheel Scooter to its Power Mobility line.



"The Panther Heavy Duty scooter is a perfect retail scooter option for providers looking to diversify their business through retail products that are not impacted by reimbursement changes," stated Brandon Sykes, product manager power mobility and manual wheelchairs, Drive DeVilbiss. "The Panther scooter offers modern styling and features that are comfortable and safe for the user."



The Panther offers both front and rear suspension with pneumatic tires, easy free-wheel mode, one-touch tiller positioning adjustment and ergonomic delta control handles.



The scooter has a weight capacity of 425 pounds, a top speed of 8 miles per hour and an estimated range of 25 miles. The total weight of the scooter is 264 pounds and offers either a 20-inch or 22-inch wide seat.
