Mackenzie also consolidated three sites in the United States into one site in Warren, N.J., and launched an integrated lab facility focused on research and development, consumer sensory and shopper science.

Previously, Mackenzie was VP U.S. Oral Care and Professional Marketing. Under his leadership, he brought the professional and consumer Oral Care marketing teams together, leveraging a brand portfolio with the consumer and dental communities, and transformed the U.S. Oral Care business into one of GSK Consumer Healthcare’s biggest global successes.

Mackenzie first joined SmithKline Beecham in the U.S. in 1996, as the director of the Gastrointestinal Category Management Team, holding geographical responsibility for India/Southeast Asia/Chinas and Australia/New Zealand.
