IPA partners with Leading Edge Pharms to offer hemp/CBD to member pharmacies
Leading Edge Pharms is partnering with the Independent Pharmacy Alliance to make its Hemp/CBD-based Cannavera Topical Pain Relief products available to IPA’s 3,100 member pharmacies in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
“Consumers are looking to cannabinoid therapies as a new, natural and effective way to treat localized pain, and it is the responsibility of the pharmacy industry to ensure we are providing products supported by scientific research,” IPA’s CEO and president John Giampolo said. “Through our partnership with Leading Edge Pharms, our member pharmacies now have access to a safe, reliable, high quality product, for which pharmacists can confidently provide their recommendation.”
Through this agreement, Leading Edge Pharms will offer IPA members preferred pricing on its Cannavera topical pain relief products, including its oil, lotion, crème, liquid spray and ointment.
