Jean Coutu Group continues flu awareness campaign

VARENNES, QUEBEC - The Jean Coutu Group and its affiliated pharmacist owners in October launched a flu shot awareness campaign under the theme "Protect Your Health and That of Your Loved Ones."



"Flu season is upon us. We are very pleased to make the flu shot available in many of the stores in our network," stated Richard Mayrand, EVP pharmacy and government affairs, Jean Coutu Group. "The vaccination remains the best way to protect your health and that of your loved ones."



The flu vaccination service is under the responsibility of a nurse or a pharmacist, depending on the province in which the store is located, the company noted.
