Kieft named ceo of GelStat, Goldfarb elected to board

BLOOMINGTON, Min. GelStat Corp. on Tuesday named Gerald Kieft its new chief executive officer and Adrian Goldfarb to the company’s board.

Kieft succeeds Bill Colucci, who resigned from his position as the company’s president June 20 in order to begin the process of entering into semi-retirement. Colucci, however, will remain on the GelStat board of directors.

Kieft and Goldfarb were co-founders of WSR Consulting, which was retained in March of 2008 to help lead the turn around of GelStat.
