KT Health names 14 Olympic athletes as brand ambassadors

AMERICAN FORK, Utah - Category leader in kinesiology tape and sports medicine taping products, KT Health on Thursday unveiled its full list of athlete ambassadors heading into the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. The list includes 14 Olympic and Paralympic athletes, representing nine different sports.



"We are excited to have such an outstanding group of athletes representing us at the 2016 Summer Olympics," stated Greg Venner, CEO KT Health. "These athletes have dedicated their lives to their respective sports and we are honored that we can provide the support they need to make their Olympic dreams become a reality."


In March, KT Tape was named an official licensee of the United States Olympic Committee and entered partnerships with six national governing bodies including USA Cycling, USA Gymnastics, USA Rugby, USA Track & Field, USA Triathlon, and USA Wrestling to add to its existing relationship with U.S. Soccer.


The full list of KT Tape athlete ambassadors for this year's Summer Olympic Games includes Tony Azevedo (water polo), Haley Anderson (open water swimming), Joe Berenyi (Paralympian, cycling), Boris Berian (track and field), Tucker Dupree (Paralympian, swimming), Adeline Gray (wrestling), Sarah Hammer (track cycling), Molly Huddle (track and field), Kerri Walsh Jennings (beach volleyball), Meb Keflezighi (marathon), Brenda Martinez (track and field), Oksana Masters (Paralympian, cycling), Megan Rapinoe (soccer) and Melissa Stockwell (Paralympian, triathlon).


As part of the USOC partnership, the brand created a limited edition line of Team USA tape complete with USA text and the Olympic rings. The tape is available in red, blue and black and can be purchased at retailers including DICK'S Sporting Goods, Walmart and CVS/pharmacy as well as online at KTTape.com.
