Martixx cleared by jury in Zicam trial

PHOENIX Matrixx was cleared by a jury trial last week, in a case that alleged that Zicam Cold Remedy nasal gel product had caused some loss of smell and taste, the company reported Thursday.

The jury delivered a unanimous verdict in favor of the company.

A jury in San Diego first began hearing the complaint, brought by Angelo Bruno, March 25.
