DENVER — UrgentRx on Friday partnered with Uber to help attendees at South by Southwest recover from the often rapid-fire pace of shows, lectures, concerts and parties that overtake the city each year.

“UrgentRx and Uber are a natural fit,” said Jordan Eisenberg, founder and CEO of UrgentRx. “Both brands pride themselves on being right there when people need them. And in the non-stop frenetic environment of SXSW, what could be more valuable?”

Beginning March 13 through March 22, Uber partners in Austin will distribute UrgentRx Headache Relief to Go to riders as they hustle to and from the non-stop activities of concerts, conferences and launch events.

In addition to distributing Headache Relief to Go, a select number of Uber partners will be rewarding passengers with the UrgentRx Travel Wallet, a sleek and portable aluminum wallet that comes complete with the full line of UrgentRx products that provide relief for a variety of common ailments.

“UrgentRx makes ‘Right Now Relief’ possible for a variety of ailments, so we hope attendees at this year’s conference will take the products they receive from Uber and store them in their purse, wallet or backpack as they enjoy the festivities,” Eisenberg said. “You never know when a headache, heartburn, allergy attack, upset stomach or sudden aches and pains will threaten to slow you down. Working with Uber, UrgentRx will get attendees to their next event on time and feeling great.”
