Ateb integrates EQuIPP into its platform

RALEIGH and DURHAM N.C. — Pharmacy software company Ateb on Tuesday announced that its proprietary Patient Management Access Portal (PMAP) will integrate with Pharmacy Quality Solutions’ (PQS) EQuIPP pharmacy performance and measurement data platform. 

 

By integrating the online PMAP platform with EQuIPP, Ateb’s partners are able to reconcile pharmacy performance data with plan-based quality measures to provide them a more holistic view of their patients, the company said. Pharmacies will also be able to see detailed EQuIPP quality metrics and having all metrics in one platform is aimed at minimizing workflow disruption. 

 

“We believe the combination of patient accessibility, big data, and predictive analytics uniquely positions pharmacies to be key players in providing affordable, effective health care to patients,” Ateb CEO Frank Sheppard said. “For those pharmacies utilizing EQuIPP, Ateb provides the added benefit to seamlessly view data in one single platform.”

 

Ateb and PQS will work together to provide access to patients that they identify as outliers, which will allow the pharmacies to engage those patients and provide any clinical interventions necessary, including enrollment in Ateb’s Time My Meds medication synchronization program.
