Aurora Pharmacy rolls out flu vaccination initiative

MILWAUKEE Aurora Pharmacy has begun offering seasonal flu vaccinations at select stores, the retail pharmacy business of the Wisconsin-based nonprofit healthcare system announced.

“We are pleased to offer pharmacy services that include seasonal flu vaccinations,” Aurora director of retail pharmacies John Gates said in a statement. “It’s another convenience we can offer our patients to preserve their health and to save time.”

Aurora Health Care has also created a Web site, at www.aurora.org/flu, with background information about the seasonal flu and the A/H1N1 swine flu, as well as information about where to find flu vaccinations throughout the Aurora Health Care system.
