Bob Harlond appointed managing director of Soft Solutions

NEW YORK Soft Solutions has announced the appointment of Bob Harlond as managing director of its Canadian operations.

Harlond has over 20 years experience in senior and executive positions with business solutions providers in both Canada and America. He was successful in the development and expansion of retail and supply chain practices and grew those sectors to include many of the top names in Canadian retailing.

Soft Solutions offers web-based retail merchandise management and decision support software to such retailers as CVS and Carrefour.
