Brookshire Grocery brings FlavoRx to customers

SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas — Brookshire Grocery announced this week that it would be equipping its pharmacies with Fillmaster Plus dispensing technology. As a result, all Brookshire Grocery locations will feature FlavoRx medication flavoring. 

“Getting kids to take medicine is rarely a pleasant experience. By investing in the Fillmaster Plus, BGC is making a strong commitment to provide families with an outstanding service that fits a need,” FlavoRx President and CEO Stuart R. Amos said.

BGC will also be using FillPure’s water purification system for all water used in antibiotics and powdered suspension, which connects to the Fillmaster plus. The machines make pharmaceutical reconstitution and flavoring easy while reducing dispensing errors, the company said.

“We are excited about having the new Fillmaster Plus technology that will enable our pharmacists to quickly and accurately serve our customers,” BGC VP pharmacy Lisa Glorioso said.
