Camber launches Avodart, Levaquin generics

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Camber Pharmaceuticals on Thursday announced the launch of its generics of Avodart (dutasteride) capsules and Levaquin (levofloxacin) tablets.

 

The company’s dutasteride capsules will be available in 30- and 90-count bottles of 0.5 mg dosage strengths. The drug is indicated to treat enlarged prostate. 

 

Camber’s levofloxacin tablets will be available in 50-count bottles of 250-mg strength tablets, 50- and 100-count bottles of 500-mg strength tablets and 20-, 30- and 100-count bottles of 750-mg strength tablets. The drug is indicated to treat various bacterial infections.
