Camber launches generic Prozac

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Camber Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday announced the launch of its generic version of Prozac (fluoxetine) capsules. The drug is indicated to treat major depressive disorder, bulimia nervosa, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. 

 

The generic will be available in 10-, 20- and 40-mg dosage strengths, all of which are available in 30- and 100-count bottles.
