Community CCRx named No.1 in customer satisfaction

CLEVELAND Community CCRx, MemberHealth’s Medicare Part D drug plan, was honored as No.1 overall in customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year by the consumer insights firm Wilson Health Information.

The winners were determined by, all major Part D plans were evaluated across 32 prescription drug plan markets within the continental United States, among 3,470 Plan D participants. Community CCRx received the highest overall reenrollment and recommendation intentions, and the highest rating in 24 of 29 Pharmacy Benefit Manager specific member rated categories.

According to Charles Hallberg, president of MemberHealth, the high satisfaction among the company’s Medicare beneficiaries is due to a variety of factors, including affordable plans, its customer service and its broad list of covered drugs. He also cites MemberHealth’s generic incentive programs and its commitment to face-to-face communication between pharmacists and members as key attributes that save members money and drive better healthcare outcomes.
