Dickson introduces temperature/humidity monitor for pharmacies

12/5/2007

ADDISON, Ill. Dickson, a manufacturer of data loggers and chart recorders for such industries as health care, food and general merchandise has released its new product, the Dickson’s Wireless Wizard.

The wizard is the world’s first wireless data logger to monitor inventory temperature and/or humidity for pharmacy products. The wizard has such special features as real time alarms for out-of-range conditions right at users’ workstations and up to 9 days of data backup storage with the failsafe Dickson Data-Keep storage system. If the data transmission is blocked, the transmitter stores data for up to 9 days and alerts users immediately at their desktops to re-test and re-establish network conditions.

Data loggers who use the wizard can be monitored in real-time from a desktop PC or other computer workstation and totally eliminate the delays for data downloading and burdensome cabling of other temperature and humidity data logger technology.

For more details on the wizard, a customer can visit the company’s website at www.dicksondata.com.
