FDA approves Voltaren Gel for osteoporosis pain
WASHINGTON The Food and Drug Administration’s Division of Anesthesia, Analgesia and Rheumatology Products has approved Voltaren Gel 1 percent for the relief of the pain of osteoarthritis of joints, like knees and hands.
The drug is usually applied two to three times daily in variable amounts and can be used more or less depending on a doctor’s advisement.
