Greenstone launches generic Dostinex

PEAPACK, N.J. — Greenstone announced the introduction of cabergoline tablets to its line of pharmaceutical products.

 

The drug — an authorized generic version of Dostinex — is offered in a dosage strength of 0.5 mg (eight tablets per bottle.) Cabergoline is used to treat medical problems that arise when too much of the hormone prolactin is produced, according to the Mayo Clinic.
