Kirby Lester updates KL1, KL1 Plus tablet counters

LAKE FOREST, Ill. —  Kirby Lester on Thursday announced an updated to its flagship tablet counting devices, KL1 and KL1 Plus. The company will be showcasing the counters and its technology at the National Community Pharmacists Association Annual Convention from Oct. 16-18 in New Orleans, La. 


 


First introduced in 2011, the tabletop-sized counters’ update includes more than 15 new software inclusions, including a large touch-screen, three levels of user tracking that include an optional biometric scanner, partial fill management, interoperability with a pharmacy’s robotic automation, a redesigned funnel and tray and enhanced inventory and narcotics counting and reporting.
