Lupin is introducing its generic Onfi (clobazam tablets). The product, which was previously approved by the Food and Drug Administration, will be available in 10-mg and 20-mg dosage strengths.
Lupin’s generic of Lundbeck’s branded drug is indicated for the adjunctive treatment of seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome in patients 2 years of age or older.
Clobazam tablets in 10- and 20-mg strength have a market value of roughly $479 million, according to March 2019 IQVIA data.
