McKesson Specialty Health’s solution center gets BenchmarkPortal certification


SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — McKesson Specialty Health on Thursday announced that for the eighth year running, its Reimbursement, Access & Safety Services Solution Center has been certified as a Center of Excellence by call center research and consulting organization BenchmarkPortal.

The Solution Center offers gateway programs for reimbursement hotlines, patient access and assistance program, risk evaluation and mitigation strategy services, and other healthcare customer support services on behalf of specialty drug makers. It facilitates some 12 million transactions for more than 300 products every year in various specialty categories.
