Medicare-PartD.com announces online money-saving services
SAINT AUGUSTINE, Fla. Medicare beneficiaries and others have a new way to find discounted prescription drugs at retailers.
The Web site Medicare-PartD.com announced the release of RxSavings-Center service Wednesday. The service allows users to search for drugs alphabetically by drug name or usage category or by browsing a list of medications available through retail discount drug programs. People can also use RxSavings-Finder, a search engine, to compare up to four retail discount programs across three usage categories at once.
“We designed the RxSavings-Center in direct response to the requests of our online community, which includes many Medicare beneficiaries who are entering the coverage gap or ‘donute hole’ portion of their Medicare Part D prescription drug plans,” said Susan Johnson, who leads technical development of the Medicare-PartD Web site.
