Diplomat Pharmacy announced today that the company’s board of directors accepted the resignation of director Jeff Park, effective Feb. 22.
Park, who has had extensive experience in the pharmacy benefit management space, has been a member of Diplomat’s board of directors
since June 2017. He served as interim CEO of Diplomat from January to May 2018.
Diplomat said the board's nominating and corporate governance committee expects to make a recommendation to the full board in the near future to fill the vacant director position.
Park’s departure comes as Diplomat is set to release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2018 financial results. Last week the company
postponed sharing the results, citing the need to record a non-cash impairment charge related to its PBM business. The company will share the results March 15, with plans to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2018 soon afterwards.
