Parrish to step down as Cardinal Health HSCS chief

DUBLIN, Ohio Cardinal Health has announced that Mark Parrish is stepping down as chief executive officer of the Healthcare Supply Chain Services sector to pursue other interests.

Assuming the role of interim chief executive officer of HSCS is chief financial officer Jeffrey Henderson. He will serve in that role until a successor is named. The company has commenced an external search for the HSCS promotion.

Henderson joined Cardinal Health in 2005 from Eli Lilly Canada, where he was president and general manager. He joined Lilly in 1998 as vice president and corporate treasurer, and also held the position of corporate controller. Before that, he held various management positions at General Motors Corp. in Canada, Great Britain, Singapore and the United States.
