CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — The Independence Blue Cross Center for Health Care Innovation, which is collaborating with CareCam Health Systems to help people with chronic health conditions, has invested $2.4 million in the Conshohocken, Pa.-based start-up, according to a report by The Inquirer.
As reported by Drug Store News, Independence Blue Cross will work with CCHS on the development of several programs intended to improve the care of people with chronic health conditions, and has become a minority investor in the company.
