Shopko updates its Shopko Express Rx stores

GREEN BAY, Wis. Less than a year after unveiling a new store design, Shopko announced Thursday that it has updated its Shopko Express Rx stores.

The Green Bay, Wis.-based chain's new design features updated fonts for the signage and color coordination for store sections, such as orange for the service areas ­ including the pharmacy, eye-care and photo centers and green for product areas.

"The new Shopko Express Rx is warm and welcoming - just like the Shopko prototype," stated Chute Gerdeman Retail, a strategic retail design and branding company. "It's a convenient, fast and easy shopping trip for customers so they can get 'on their way.'"

The chain hired Chute Gerdeman Retail to design a prototype store and update the brand in order to coordinate it with the already updated Shopko brand.
