Tamper-resistant prescription pads available through new Standard Register Web site

DAYTON, Ohio Standard Register, a provider of secure prescriptions, has launched a Web site called www.securescrip.com, which is used for ordering the company’s full line of tamper-resistant prescription pads.

The site provides secure order entry online, automatic medical license validation and online proofs, in addition to giving practitioners the ability to check order status and track shipments.

“The securescrip site brings together both convenience and security,” said Jay Frerichs, program director for Standard Register’s prescription program. “Standard Register has a long history of providing security to ensure prescription pads do not fall into unauthorized hands. We also employ effective internal controls, the highest security standards and tightest quality procedures to handle sensitive, customer data, such as physician’s credit card information.”

The site also offers free shipping on all online Rx pad orders.
