One down, one to go. Drug Store News on Wednesday is hosting the second of two events as part of its 2020 DSN Top Women in Health, Wellness and Beauty virtual program. Tuesday's event featured a panel on "The New Pioneers: Women in the Trenches Changing How Work Gets Done" — read a recap here.
Wednesday's event is a panel — The New Playbook for Women in Retail: How Female Leadership is Changing the Way Power is Distributed — which will be held live starting at 1 p.m. EDT. It will feature panelists in conversation about what has changed about how women reach the top, how COVID-19 has changed the way talent is identified and nurtured, as well as details on what panelists' companies are doing to develop diverse leadership.
The panel will include Lauren Brindley, Walgreens group vice president of beauty and personal care; Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health; Jocelyn Konrad, Rite Aid executive vice president and chief pharmacy officer; Kristen Abreu, vice president of customer business development for drug at Crossmark; Jennifer Holahan, head of U.S. strategy and market effectiveness at GSK Consumer Healthcare; and Tiffany Daniel, head of the drug channel at Unilever.
