Publix is bringing its GreenWise Market to Boca Raton
Publix’s GreenWise Market concept is seeing a major expansion — on the heels of its first revamped location opening.
The Lakeland, Fla.-based company announced that it would be bringing its new retail concept to Boca Raton, Fl. It’s location is set to be on the southwest corner of Glades Road and Boca Rio Road, and opening date to be determined at a later time, the company said.
“We learned a lot from the Publix GreenWise Market currently in Boca Raton and are excited to launch this new shopping destination,” Kevin Murphy, senior vice president of retail operations for Publix, said. “The new GreenWise Market concept features a simplified environment designed to show off our unique and house-made offerings. We believe our customers will appreciate our curated selection.”
The first GreenWise market will open its doors in October 2018 in Tallahassee, Fl., the company said. Additional locations in Mount Pleasant, S.C., and Lakeland, Fl., are expected to open in 2019.
